Serve up festive flavors at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess this holiday season! We’re looking for energetic, fun-loving team players to join our Concessions Team during Christmas at the Princess.

This is a seasonal position with employment running from October 31st through January 10th. Open availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Resort Experience, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Fresh Kettle Corn, Donuts, Roasted Nuts Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusionsEnsure the proper set up of all side stations in the outletHave knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methodsFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageOther duties as assigned Previous lounge experience preferredArizona Liquor Server CertificationArizona Food Handlers Certification requiredPrevious point of sale system experience an assetExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesVisa Requirements: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
