Our seasonal Food & Beverage team brings unforgettable experiences to life across The Princess Fire & Ice Rink, Château Champagne, festive Igloos, and other resort outlets. We’re looking for energetic, dependable multitaskers who thrive in a fast-paced environment, work seamlessly as a team, and have a passion for Food & Beverage and engaging with guests.
Whether you’re serving, bartending, barbacking, running food, or hosting, you’ll help deliver the exceptional service and warm hospitality that make Christmas at the Princess so special.

As a Seasonal Barback, you will be reporting to the General Manager of our Pool Complex & Seasonal Events; responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceAssist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful wayDisplay precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusionsHave knowledge of beverage lists and promotionsHave knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageOther duties as assigned Arizona Liquor Server Certification requiredArizona Food Handlers Certification requiredPrevious service experience an assetPrevious point of sale system experience an assetExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesAdhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines Your team and working environment:
