About this role
Manage the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outletsLead, train, motivate, and develop the F&B team to deliver excellent serviceEnsure consistently high standards of customer service, food quality, presentation, and hygieneMonitor guest satisfaction and respond professionally to feedback and complaintsManage staffing levels, rotas, attendance, and departmental performanceControl food, beverage, labour, and operational costsMonitor stock levels, purchasing, wastage, and inventory controlWork closely with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and efficient serviceEnsure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, licensing, and company policiesManage F&B budgets and contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targetsAnalyse sales, costs, and performance reports and implement improvements where requiredSupport menu development, promotions, events, and new F&B initiativesBuild strong relationships with suppliers and ensure value for moneyMaintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across all F&B areasEnsure the team consistently follows company standards and proceduresWork closely with senior management and other departments to ensure smooth overall operations Previous management experience within Food & Beverage, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or a similar environmentStrong leadership and team-management skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsGood understanding of F&B operations, stock control, and cost managementStrong organisational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environmentGood knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standardsCommercial awareness with a focus on achieving revenue and profitability targetsFlexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when requiredGood IT and administrative skills We support you to grow and learn every day, making sure that work brings purpose to your life, so that during your journey with us.
