About this role
Undertake and manage general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, heating, carpentry and decoratingConduct routine inspections of building structures, equipment and assets, performing reactive and preventive maintenance with minimal disruption to guests and visitorsInstall, inspect and troubleshoot equipment, appliances and systems, including heating and air conditioning distribution systemsCoordinate and oversee contractors and external providers, ensuring compliance with service agreements and proceduresMaintain accurate records and daily logs of all repairs and maintenance activitiesActively contribute to the safety of people and property, including maintaining clear emergency exitsUndertake appropriate training to develop expertise and identify areas for operational improvement
Your experience and skills include:
Proven experience in building maintenance or a related trade (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC systems)Knowledge of health and safety regulations and building compliance standardsAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipmentStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailReliability, responsibility, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance Our mission is to create memorable moments for our guests, by connecting hearts from arrival to farewell.
