About this role
Located in the heart of Birmingham city centre, just moments from New Street Station, ibis Birmingham New Street Station hotel welcomes guests from around the world. We're looking for a friendly, energetic and customer-focused Reception Team Member to join our team. This is a full-time role with a salary of up to £12.71 per hour plus benefits.
You'll likely be the first person our guests meet so you'll need to create great first impressions, deliver excellent service and help ensure they enjoy a smooth and welcoming stay.
What you'll be doing
Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outsHandle reservations, enquiries and guest requestsProcess payments and maintain accurate recordsPromote hotel services and facilitiesResolve guest queries efficiently and professionallyWork closely with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experienceWhat we're looking for
