Mama is looking for a Floor Manager who lives and breathes hospitality. Someone who loves being on the floor, leading a team ⛹, making guests smile and keeping the vibe just right.

What you’ll be up to:
Running the daily show in our restaurants with the F&B ManagerBeing present on the floor (yes, really on the floor!)Coaching, motivating and developing the teamWelcoming new team members and helping them feel at homeKeeping schedules, timekeeping and operations smoothWatching costs, stock, waste and qualityMaking sure hygiene and safety rules are respectedSharing ideas for new drinks, dishes and cool conceptsMaking sure the energy stays high and the service stays sharp Have solid experience in a busy restaurant or hotelHave already led a team (and loved it)Communicate clearly and positivelyKnow your way around systems like MicrosSpeaking Czech and EnglishAre flexible with evenings, weekends and holidaysBring good vibes and team spirit wherever you go Little extras to make You smile:
