Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceAttend to customers in a professional and polite manner while up-selling merchandiseEnsure the shop is neatly maintained and stock is replenishedAll cashiering dutiesProvide basic sales techniques and promote “Fairmont” exclusive merchandise to customersPartake in stock-take and month end inventoriesEnsure the shop is clean at all timesFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety policies Other duties as assigned Previous experience within retail preferredComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications and/or Point of Sales System requiredMust be revenue drivenMust possess a professional presentationPrevious Hotel experience preferredStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a team Your team and working environment:
