About this role
We are seeking enthusiastic, guest‑focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our vibrant team at Brewery Bar + Kitchen. In this role, you will contribute to delivering exceptional and memorable guest experiences across our bar operations. Daily responsibilities may include taking food and beverage orders, clearing plates and glassware, pouring tap beer, crafting cocktails, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and supporting major event activations within our lively precinct.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, public holidays, and event daysA valid RSA and RCG competency cardStrong beverage knowledge across wine, beer, spirits, and cocktailsPrevious experience in a pub, bar or restaurant is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Why work for Accor?
