As a Bartender, you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and flavors that are hallmarks of our Bar and lounge experience.
To consistently provide thoughtful, caring and sincere serviceTo assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful wayTo mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelinesTo have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotionsTo have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsTo follow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsTo follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageOther duties as assigned Previous bartending experience requiredExcellent knowledge of all beverage productsExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesFluent in English and local language WHY WORK FOR ACCOR
