WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Resort, including Food & Beverage, Culinary, and Rooms Division.Support the General Manager in the overall management and strategic direction of the hotel.Ensure the smooth operation and coordination of the hotel through respective Department HeadsLead by example, Ensuring delivery of a consistently exceptional guest experience across all areas of the hotel, in line with Pullman brand standardsAnalyses guest feedback, trends and satisfaction metrics, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain constant awareness of all ongoing activities throughout the entire operation.Drive quality across the resort and inspire the team to create extraordinary guest experiences.Ensure the team is fully aware of operating standards and mystery audit criteria, conducting spot checks and audits to ensure targets are met.Support Heads of Department (HODs) in managing talent within their departments, ensuring correct standards and methods of service are maintained. YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
12 + years’ industry experience in upmarket brands; at least 2 years’ experience in similar roleStrong process orientation; Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills;Must be strategic, creative and able to clearly communicate how plans will deliver on overall goalsGo-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.Outstanding PR and social integration skills to develop strong customer relationsF&B background is preferred WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU:
