You are expected to work a variety of shifts which includes weekends across a 7 day/ week roster including early mornings and late nightsBe driven. You are all about quality and presentation and you have the desire to progress in hospitalityShow initiative. You are approachable team player and you can think outside of the boxBe a juggler. You are able to manage multiple tasks at any given timeWhilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:
Experience in a busy 4-5 star hotel environmentPassion for providing unparalleled levels of serviceThe right to work in New ZealandFluent in EnglishExceptional grooming and articulate in communication Reporting directly to the Executive Housekeeper, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Supervise and support Room Attendants daily, whilst liaising with the different departments of the hotel on queries and requestsAssist and supervise room co-coordination duties as and when requiredOn the Job training of employees to ensure rooms are cleaned to the highest standards and in an efficient mannerPerformance management of employees, adhering to policies and processesInspect and release rooms, ensuring defects are reported Attend to guest queries and complaints, liaising with the Executive Housekeeper when required Why join Mövenpick Hotel with Accor?
