Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure, setting a positive tone for their experienceAssist guests with luggage handling, including loading and unloading from vehicles and transporting to and from guest roomsProvide informative and friendly guidance about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation in IstanbulPromptly respond to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and courteouslyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in the bell desk and luggage storage areasAssist with valet parking services when requiredSupport the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms or event spaces as neededEnsure the safety and security of guest belongings at all timesProactively identify and address guest needs, striving to exceed expectationsCollaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues effectively and efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitudeStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesPhysical fitness to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periodsProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysKnowledge of Istanbul's attractions, culture, and transportation optionsMultilingual skills, particularly in Turkish and English, with additional languages being a plusPrevious experience in the hospitality industry preferred, but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent
