Welcome, assist, and farewell guests with warmth and professionalism.Anticipate guests’ needs and preferences.Provide personalized and luxury service throughout the stay.Handle guest requests and special arrangements discreetly.Assist VIP guests and organize special occasions.Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments.Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution.Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, confidentiality, and luxury hospitality Minimum 0-2 years of experience as a butler or in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industryProven supervisory experience in managing a team of service professionalsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and other departmentsStrong leadership abilities and a talent for mentoring and developing staffProficiency in household management software and MS Office suiteExceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skillsSuperior time management and multitasking abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of etiquette, protocol, and luxury service standardsFamiliarity with Middle Eastern customs and etiquette is highly advantageousHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferredProfessional butler certification is a plusFluency in English and either Turkish or French is required. Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
