To consistently offer professional, friendly, and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleaguesCo-management and training of kitchen staff, scheduling of work, and evaluation of staff performanceTo ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets Raffles quality standardsTo produce high-quality plates both design and taste-wiseUnderstanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and proceduresAccuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutionsTo fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessaryResourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situationTo order supplies to stock inventory appropriatelyTo balance operational, administrative, and Colleagues' needsTo follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Previous leadership experience, preferably as a Junior Sous ChefExperience in managing kitchen operations during a shift, including delegating tasks, supervising the team and ensuring smooth serviceDiploma Certification in a Culinary discipline an assetGood command of Polish and EnglishExcellent record of kitchen and staff managementProven track record of cost control including food, equipment, labour and wastage to meet the food quality goals and the hotel’s financial goalsComputer literate in Microsoft Windows applications requiredStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Employee Benefits:
