Leading and supervising the daily operations of the Housekeeping team, ensuring all service standards are met with warmth and professionalismCleaning and inspecting residences to uphold the highest levels of cleanliness and presentationResponding swiftly and effectively to guest concerns, recording details and communicating with the appropriate teams to ensure memorable staysCommunicating daily priorities and updates to colleagues to support personalized, attentive serviceOther duties as assigned Your Experience and Skills Include
Highly Preferred: Bilingual in English and SpanishA genuine, service‑focused personalityPrevious experience in a similar leadership role is an assetAbility to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervisionExcellent time‑management and communication skillsStrong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities, with the ability to lead by exampleAbility to have direct, honest, and constructive coaching conversations with employeesPhysical & Mental Requirements
Ability to stay focused on tasks and follow directionAbility to bend, twist, and lift up to 30 lbsAbility to push and pull carts or equipmentAbility to safely use a step ladder or stairsAbility to work safely with cleaning chemicals and required PPE Your team and working environment:
