We are currently looking for F&B Superstars to join our team here at SO/ Auckland! We are looking for:
F&B Attendants (Waiters) for our Signature Restaurant, Harbour SocietyBar Attendants for our popular and lively Rooftop Bar, HISOClub Lounge Attendant for our exclusive Club Lounge (Executive Lounge)We are looking for passionate, creative, playful and confident people!
Provide a high level of customer service to both external and internal customers and reinforce wherever possible our commitment to customer servicePrepare bar areas, ensuring an adequate supplies and suitable stock levels within the bars to service the operation. Advise the manager of replacement requirementsMonitor the quality of all menu and food production and service to ensure high standards are maintained at all timesMake sure H&S guidelines are adhered to at all times such as Responsible Service of Alcohol, Food hygiene etcEnsure that club lounge is clean and presentable to the highest standard for our guestsCan work independently and responsibility with a high level of trust between yourself and managementPrevious experience in similar role within food & beverageExceptional grooming & articulate in communication and willingness to provde the best customer servicePrevious experience within a high paced/luxury environment is highly advantageous but not requiredYou understand the nature of the business and can work on a rotating roster basis, including weekends and public holidays
