Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and drinks according to MGallery standards and guest preferencesDeliver warm, attentive, and personalized service while creating memorable guest experiencesMaintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout the operationDemonstrate excellent knowledge of beverages, cocktails, ingredients, and preparation techniquesTake guest orders accurately and provide knowledgeable recommendations when requestedEnsure all beverages are presented consistently, professionally, and attractivelyMonitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements to the supervisorHandle cash and billing procedures accurately in accordance with hotel standardsFollow all health, safety, hygiene, and responsible service standardsSupport the team during busy periods and contribute to a positive and collaborative working environmentEmbody the MGallery spirit through warm, refined, and attentive service 1-2 years of previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environmentExtensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spiritsProficiency in using systems and cash handlingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong multitasking abilities and time management skillsTeam player with a positive attitudeHigh school diploma or equivalentBartending certification preferredKnowledge of local liquor laws and regulationsAbility to work in a diverse, multicultural environment Your team and working environment:
