About this role
This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all wellness, fitness, and lifestyle programs that enhance the overall guest experience and align with the hotel’s brand values. The role focuses on creating holistic experiences that promote health, relaxation, cultural appreciation, and well-being for guests while ensuring operational excellence, safety, and profitability of the wellness and recreation department.
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Tourism, Sports Science, or related fieldMinimum 2–3 years in wellness, recreation, or lifestyle management (preferably in hospitality). Knowledge of yoga, fitness, and holistic wellness principlesUnderstanding of safety standards, first aid, and hygiene practicesUnderstanding of safety standards, first aid, and hygiene practicesExcellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English languageProficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint WHY WORK FOR ACCOR
