About this role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sports Academy Supervisor to lead our state-of-the-art facility in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the academy's operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality sports programs.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve the academy's goals and objectivesOversee daily operations, including facility management, program scheduling, and staff supervisionCreate and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and growthDesign and implement diverse sports programs catering to various age groups and skill levelsRecruit, train, and manage coaching staff and administrative personnelEnsure compliance with all relevant sports regulations and safety standardsMonitor industry trends and incorporate best practices to enhance program offeringsEvaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in sports supervision/management or related fieldProven track record in successfully managing a sports academy or similar facilityStrong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teamsExcellent strategic planning and execution abilitiesProficiency in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocationDemonstrated experience in program development and implementationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in sports management software and technologyIn-depth knowledge of various sports and athletic programsUnderstanding of sports industry trends and best practicesFamiliarity with sports regulations and compliance requirementsRelevant sports management certifications (e.g., Certified Athletic Administrator) are a plusWillingness to relocate to Phu Quoc, Vietnam What awaits you...
