Position Summary
The Sales Manager – Rooms is responsible for driving room revenue and occupancy through effective sales strategies, account management, business development, and relationship building with key market segments.
The position focuses on developing corporate, government, travel trade, MICE, and other potential accounts to maximize room revenue while strengthening Pullman Jakarta Indonesia’s market position and guest loyalty.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant hotel sales experience, preferably in an upscale, luxury, or international hotel environment.Previous experience handling Rooms Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Travel, MICE, or Key Accounts.Strong understanding of the Jakarta corporate and business travel market.Experience working with corporate accounts, travel agencies, TMCs, DMCs, and/or MICE clients is preferred.Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.
