Supporting the Sales Manager with various sales projects, administrative tasks and reportingAssisting with onsite sales visits and providing general support to the Sales teamSupporting the onboarding and welcoming process for new membersEnsuring the pantries and printer stations are clean, organized and regularly restockedSupporting communication activities, including creating Canva posters, managing the members’ app, preparing newsletters and communicating with members in personConducting regular Look & Feel tours to ensure that our spaces are clean, welcoming and well maintainedPreparing meeting rooms and ensuring they are set up according to members’ needsSupporting Reception with day passes, packages, letters and day-to-day operationsAssisting with the organization and execution of events, as well as actively participating in them What we're looking for...
