Supervise the multi outlet operations of Food & Beverage department, including our Restaurant & Bar, Conference, Club lounge, Minibar and In-Room DiningLead, train, and motivate Food & Beverage ambassadors to ensure exceptional 5 star luxury service standardsMaintain high levels of guest satisfaction by acting proactively, and promptly addressing any concerns or special requestsCollaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu items are delivered according to hotel standardsMonitor inventory levels, assist in placing orders and stock controlPromote campaigns and events to drive revenue and increase captureConduct analysis of departmental training needs, prepare and deliver training to both groups and individualsHost team briefings and meetings to communicate department performance feedback and strategies Minimum 3 years’ experience in Food & Beverage with proven experience leading a team (preferred)Emotional intelligence and a demonstrated understanding of luxuryStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to positively influence othersDemonstrated leadership and team working skills, and able to manage schedulesAbility to problem solve in a fast-paced environment, and resolve guest feedbackKnowledge of health and safety regulations food handling best practicesUnderstanding of food and beverage operations, inventory and orderingA passion for Food & Beverage with the drive to excel your careerBarista experience (preferred) Benefits:
