Plan and coordinate room reservations to optimize occupancy and revenueImplement effective selling techniques and strategies to maximize room salesPrepare accurate forecasts, reports, and statistics on a timely basisRespond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficientlyMaintain and update the corporate database with guest information and booking detailsCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfactionTrain and supervise reservation associates, delegating tasks as neededEnsure adherence to company policies regarding discounts and corporate ratesMonitor and analyze market trends to adjust reservation strategiesAssist in developing occupancy forecasts for annual budgetsHandle VIP reservations and special requests with utmost care and attention Degree/Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality ManagementMinimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industryExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong knowledge of reservation systems and hotel management softwareAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfactionAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyTeam player with excellent interpersonal skillsKnowledge of additional languages is a plus
