About this role
We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Fitness Attendant to join our team at a luxury 5-star hotel. The Fitness Attendant will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the hotel fitness center and pool facilities while delivering excellent guest service in both Japanese and English.
Welcome and assist guests at the fitness reception areaProvide guidance and support to guests using the fitness gym and pool facilitiesMonitor cleanliness, safety, and organization of the fitness center and pool areaHandle guest inquiries and provide information regarding hotel facilities and servicesMaintain towels, amenities, and fitness equipment in proper conditionEnsure all health, safety, and hotel service standards are followedSupport daily operational tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager5つ星ホテル内のフィットネス施設にて、受付業務およびジム・プール運営業務をご担当いただきます。お客様へ快適で安全な空間を提供し、質の高いサービスを提供していただくポジションです。
