Coordinator
You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update team your various projects.
What you will be doing:
Organize and implement administrative systems & procedures, and perform necessary support dutiesManage Invoices, PO's Vendor and client Payments. Responsible for monthly cost tracking.Coordinate Site Visits, accommodation, event spaces VIP arrival checks and client entertainment. End to end booking and planning of internal events Serve as a principal source of information for the teamPrepare and maintain your department’s records You might already have hotel or sales experience, or you might be ready to take the next step in your career.

Organised and detail focused – you love a good to-do listProactive and enthusiastic – you see what needs doing and get stuck inA great communicator – confident speaking with clients and colleaguesCurious and eager to learn – we’ll help you build your sales skillsReliable and positive – someone the team can count onComfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy environmentProficient in Microsoft OfficePrevious sales or hospitality experience is preferred, but attitude and potential are just as importantExperience with Delphi, Opera Cloud or other hotel/CRM systems is an advantage, but not essentialWhy Join Us?
