About this role
We are looking for a reliable Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy kitchen, takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food, and is comfortable working early mornings.
Hours: 5:30am – 2:00pm
Position: Full Time
Pay: £15.26 per hour plus service charge
Key Responsibilities
Preparing, cooking and presenting breakfast dishes to a high standardEnsuring breakfast service runs smoothly and efficientlyPreparing ingredients and completing mise en place for serviceMaintaining excellent food quality, presentation and portion controlFollowing food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen proceduresKeeping the kitchen and work areas clean, organised and well stockedMonitoring stock levels and minimising food wasteWorking closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teamsAssisting with preparation for the following day's service What We Are Looking For
Previous experience as a Breakfast ChefConfident working independently and as part of a teamReliable and punctual, with the ability to work early morning shiftsGood knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safetyOrganised and able to work efficiently during busy periodsA positive attitude and pride in producing great food Benefits:
