About this role
Assist the F&B Director in overseeing daily restaurant, bar, banquet and in-room dining operations.Ensure consistent service standards and guest satisfaction across all F&B outlets.Lead, motivate and coach F&B teams during daily operations.Maintain strong visibility on the floor and actively engage with guests.Support achievement of revenue, profitability and cost-control targets.Drive upselling and maximise F&B revenue opportunities.Monitor product quality, presentation and service efficiency.Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, food safety and Accor standards.Coordinate closely with Culinary, Front Office, Sales and other departments.Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.Support staffing, scheduling, training and performance management.Assist with promotions, special events and F&B activations.Monitor stock, equipment and operational supplies.Support continuous improvement of guest experience and operational efficiency.Act as F&B Manager when required.
