Maintain and clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest Fairmont standards, ensuring all spaces are immaculate and welcomingProvide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest requests, special needs, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesyInspect rooms upon completion of cleaning to verify quality standards, attention to detail, and compliance with property specificationsManage and organize housekeeping supplies and inventory, reporting low stock levels and maintaining efficient supply usageCollaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize room assignments and meet daily cleaning schedulesReport maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisory staff immediately for prompt resolutionFollow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipmentCommunicate effectively with guests and colleagues in a professional manner, maintaining discretion and confidentialityAssist with special projects, deep cleaning initiatives, and seasonal maintenance tasks as assignedMaintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction **Required Qualifications:**
