Primary Responsibilities Consistently offer a professional and friendly greeting, engaging service and warm welcome to all guest. To ensure every guest is bid fond farewell when they depart. To ensure all arrival reports are printed in advance before the meal periods and properly recorded for records. Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods Assist guests regarding food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way Understand shift end reports in the outlet and the POS system Understand the Server’s tasks in the outlet and perform other duties as assigned by leader. People Management You must have very good communication and interpersonal skills.
