We are seeking a professional and customer-focused In Room Dine Waiter to join our hospitality team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests by providing attentive service, ensuring food quality, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. As an In Room Dine Waiter, you will be the face of our organization during intimate guest dining moments, requiring both efficiency and genuine care for guest satisfaction.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests in their rooms while providing knowledgeable recommendationsDeliver meals and beverages promptly while maintaining proper presentation and temperature standardsSet up and arrange dining areas in guest rooms according to established protocols and guest preferencesRespond to guest requests and special dietary requirements with professionalism and flexibilityEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all timesProcess payments and handle billing inquiries with accuracy and discretionMaintain clear communication with kitchen and housekeeping staff to coordinate seamless serviceMonitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address concerns immediatelyKeep dining areas clean and organized, removing dishes and clearing tables promptlyFollow all company policies and procedures while representing the organization with integrity Excellent customer service skills with a genuine commitment to guest satisfactionStrong verbal and written communication abilities in English; additional languages are a plusProven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environmentExceptional attention to detail regarding food presentation, order accuracy, and guest preferencesSolid knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquettePhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays and service itemsProfessional demeanor, appearance, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously while maintaining composurePrevious experience in food service, room service, or hospitality roles (preferred)Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and hospitality management software (preferred)Food safety and hygiene certification or willingness to obtain one (preferred)Knowledge of Saudi Arabian hospitality customs and service expectations (preferred) Your team and working environment:
