In this hands-on leadership role, you will support the daily operations of Reception, Concierge, Call Centre, Portering, and Night Audit while inspiring your team to provide outstanding service at every touchpoint. You will play a key role in maintaining Sofitel’s luxury standards, supporting team development, and ensuring smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience in a Front Office, Guest Services, or hotel team leader or supervisory role preferredPassion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiencesStrong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsProfessional presentation and a positive, team-focused attitudeAbility to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesWillingness to learn, grow, and embrace Sofitel luxury service standardsFlexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and public holidaysFull working rights in Australia requiredWe are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences while growing their career within luxury hospitality.
