Deliver exceptional, personalised and engaging guest service in line with Pullman service standardsManage guest check-ins, check-outs and account enquiries using Opera PMSAssist with reservations, switchboard calls and general Front Office administrationRespond to guest enquiries, requests and concerns positively and promptlySupport concierge, reception and other Front Office duties as requiredLiaise with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experienceMaintain accurate guest records, handovers and daily Front Office documentationPromote hotel facilities, services and Accor loyalty programs A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiencesPrevious Front Office, reception or customer service experience is preferredExperience using Opera, Fidelio or HOTSOS is highly regardedStrong communication, organisation and problem-solving skillsA positive attitude with the ability to work effectively within a teamImmaculate grooming and professional presentationFull Australian working rightsFlexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays At Accor, we believe Hospitality is a Work of Heart.
