We’re looking for passionate Chefs to join our culinary team across casual, part-time and full-time opportunities.

You’ll work alongside an experienced culinary team across our main kitchen, Sola Restaurant & Bar and our busy banqueting and events operation. With everything from à la carte dining to large-scale conferences, weddings and functions, you’ll gain valuable experience across a diverse resort environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Prepare and deliver high-quality food across restaurant, banqueting and event servicesWork across a variety of menus and styles of serviceSupport the delivery of conferences, weddings and large-scale eventsMaintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistencyWork collaboratively with the wider kitchen and Food & Beverage teamsFollow food safety, HACCP and WHS standardsAssist with preparation, stock rotation and maintaining an organised kitchenContribute to a positive and supportive kitchen culture We’re looking for someone who brings:
