応募資格・求める人物像
セールス部門でのリーダーまたはマネジメント経験をお持ちの方お客様のニーズを理解し、適切な提案・アドバイスができる方セールスおよびマネジメントに関する基礎知識を有し、ホテル業界への理解がある方チームの意思決定に責任を持ち、業務結果を上司へ適切に報告できる方Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、Outlook）などの基本的なPCスキルを有する方優れたコミュニケーション能力（口頭・文書）高い対人能力と問題解決能力をお持ちの方責任感があり、信頼性の高い方常にお客様を第一に考え、落ち着いた丁寧な対応ができる方チームワークを大切にし、主体的かつ柔軟に業務へ取り組める方 Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the hotel industry.Proven experience working with tourism boards, airlines, travel agencies, and other industry partners.Ability to prepare, present, and negotiate MICE proposals and business opportunities.Foreign nationals are welcome to apply, provided they possess a valid work visa with authorization to work in Japan.応募資格
