We are seeking a visionary and decisive Director of Learning & Development to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative learning strategies that align with our organization's goals and drive employee growth and performance.
Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports the organization's mission, vision, and objectivesLead and inspire a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovationDesign and oversee the implementation of cutting-edge training programs, including e-learning, classroom-based, and blended learning solutionsCollaborate with senior leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted development initiativesManage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and ROIEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs using data-driven metrics and implement improvements based on findingsStay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating new methodologies and technologies as appropriatePartner with People & Culture and other departments to integrate L&D initiatives with talent management and succession planning processesDevelop and maintain relationships with external vendors and learning partners to enhance the organization's training capabilities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred10+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleProven track record in strategic planning and execution of large-scale learning initiativesStrong knowledge of adult learning principles, curriculum development, and instructional designProficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring toolsExcellent project management, budgeting, and financial management skillsStrong data analysis and reporting capabilities to measure training effectiveness and ROIOutstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organizationExperience in talent management and organizational developmentFamiliarity with emerging trends in corporate training and developmentExperience of working in Vietnam is a must What awaits you...
