As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outlet, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the overall success of our establishment.
Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and quality controlDevelop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenueCreate staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor team performanceEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygieneManage inventory, control costs, and optimize stock levelsHandle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficientlyCollaborate with other departments to coordinate events and promotionsTrain and mentor new team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environmentStep in for the Outlet Manager during their absence, maintaining seamless operations Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position within the hospitality industry or a similar establishmentProven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving team performanceExcellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost controlStrong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
