Responsibilities
The Pastry Cook III prepares all pastry items.
This person maintains a high degree of cleanliness throughout the cooking area.Must be able to read and follow menus and recipes and compute basic mathematical calculations.This person must be able to work a flexible schedule.Complete understanding of allocated stations to work efficientlyBanquet and restaurant plated dessertsGeneral bakery production – understanding of 2 stations To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Culinary school preferred.Minimum 1 year experience.Must be able to communicate and understand basic English.Some heavy lifting required.Physical Requirements

The hourly rate for this position is $24.08.
