About this role
We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and help lead the day-to-day operations across Sola Restaurant & Bar and our conference and events spaces.
This is a hands-on role for a confident hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team, connecting with guests and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Working closely with the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you’ll play an important role in supporting your team, maintaining high service standards and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
What you’ll be doing
Supervise daily operations across Sola Restaurant & Bar and conference spacesLead, coach and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional serviceCoordinate effectively between kitchen and front-of-house teamsMaintain high standards of service, presentation, hygiene and guest experienceAssist with rostering, labour management and team performanceEngage with guests, respond to feedback and resolve issues professionallySupport new initiatives, promotions and events across the resortHelp drive a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality or food & beverageStrong knowledge of F&B service standards and proceduresExcellent communication and people leadership skillsA hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentConfident guest engagement and problem-solving skillsCommercial awareness, including labour and cost controlA positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitalityFlexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays Why work for Accor?
