We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized Kids and Teens Club Supervisor to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this supervisory role, you will oversee daily club operations, lead a team of staff members, and create engaging, safe, and enriching experiences for children and teenagers. You will be responsible for program planning, staff management, and ensuring all activities align with our organization's mission and safety standards. Supervise and manage daily club operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all participantsPlan, organize, and coordinate age-appropriate recreational, educational, and social activities for kids and teensLead, train, and mentor club staff members, providing constructive feedback and performance guidanceEnsure compliance with all safety protocols, health regulations, and organizational policiesMonitor participant behavior and implement positive discipline strategies while maintaining a supportive atmosphereCommunicate effectively with parents, guardians, and staff regarding program updates, participant progress, and concernsManage club resources, including equipment, supplies, and facilities, to optimize program deliveryMaintain detailed records of attendance, incidents, and program evaluationsFoster a collaborative team environment that promotes professional development and staff engagementAddress conflicts and challenges promptly and professionally, seeking solutions that benefit all stakeholders Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a youth-focused organization, recreational facility, or similar settingStrong knowledge of child and adolescent development, behavior management, and engagement strategiesExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teamsDemonstrated ability to plan and execute engaging, age-appropriate programs and activitiesCurrent First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days of employment)Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving techniquesExperience with program evaluation and data trackingAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelyFlexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as neededPreferred: Experience working in a multicultural environment or international settingPreferred: Knowledge of youth safeguarding and child protection best practices
