Set up, service and pack down function spacesDeliver friendly, efficient food and beverage service across conferences and eventsWork closely with the kitchen and sales team to ensure smooth, timely serviceKeep function and service areas tidy, organised and well stockedBring great energy to a fast-paced team and create memorable guest experiencesFollow Hotel policies, WHS requirements and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) regulations You don't need to have done it all before — we're looking for people with the right attitude, energy and passion for hospitality.
Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience in hospitality service — highly desirableGreat communication and organisational skills, with an eye for detailA genuine passion for guest service and a willingness to learn and growFlexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification We value our people and offer:
