Job Description
We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Plumber to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing plumbing systems across our commercial facilities. You'll work collaboratively with our maintenance team to ensure all plumbing infrastructure operates efficiently and safely, while delivering exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders. Your expertise, professionalism, and commitment to quality workmanship will be essential in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Perform comprehensive plumbing trade work, including troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation of plumbing systems across the facilityMaintain and repair domestic water distribution systems, heating and chilled water piping systems, storm and sanitary systems, and associated equipmentRespond promptly to emergency plumbing concerns with a focus on quality workmanship, operational continuity, and minimal disruptionExecute both temporary and permanent solutions to maintain system performance and operational reliabilityImplement preventive maintenance programs to ensure plumbing systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliablyComplete all assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner with meticulous attention to detailPerform maintenance and repairs on kitchen plumbing systems and related equipment, including sinks, drains, and fixturesAssist with maintenance and troubleshooting of pool and spa systems, including pumps, filtration equipment, valves, piping, and water circulation componentsSupport renovation and capital projects through planning, installation, and execution activitiesMaintain accurate documentation of all work performed within our maintenance management systemsMonitor inventory levels and communicate required parts and supplies to ensure operational readinessMaintain organized storage areas and keep tools, equipment, and workspaces in a clean, safe, and well-maintained conditionCollaborate closely with team members and provide support to other trades as requiredEnsure all plumbing work complies with applicable building codes and local regulations in the UAEParticipate in emergency response situations, including leaks, flooding, and critical system failuresIdentify deficiencies, operational risks, and opportunities for infrastructure improvementsRemain current with evolving plumbing technologies, practices, and industry standards
Qualifications
Professional qualification in plumbing or related technical fieldMinimum 3 years of professional experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair operationsDemonstrated expertise in mechanical and technical systems relevant to plumbing applicationsProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specificationsStrong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirementsProven ability to work independently and collaboratively within team environmentsExcellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities Education/Formal Training:
High School Diploma/GED
Experience:
Experience is a must
