We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Bell Driver to join our hospitality team in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Bell Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services by efficiently transporting guests and their luggage throughout the hotel property and to designated locations. This role is essential to creating a positive first and last impression for our guests, and you will be the face of our organization's commitment to outstanding service delivery.
Transport guests and their luggage using bell carts or designated vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous mannerAssist guests with loading and unloading luggage while maintaining professionalism and attention to detailProvide directions and information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services to guestsMaintain knowledge of hotel layout, amenities, and operational procedures to better serve guest needsHandle guest requests promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessaryEnsure all equipment and vehicles are maintained in clean, safe, and operational conditionManage multiple guest requests simultaneously while maintaining composure and organizationAdhere to all hotel policies, safety protocols, and local regulationsCommunicate effectively with other hotel departments to coordinate guest servicesRepresent the hotel with professionalism and courtesy at all times Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar guest-facing roleExcellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plusStrong physical stamina and ability to lift and carry luggage regularlyExceptional time management and organizational skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environmentsKnowledge of hotel operations and guest service standardsReliable transportation or valid driver's license (if applicable to role requirements)Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standardsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredPositive attitude and genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
