The Role
As Night Auditor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the hotel overnight, ensuring guests receive excellent service while completing essential financial, administrative and operational procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
Completing the Night Audit process accurately and efficientlyProcessing overnight financial and administrative reportsMonitoring the safety, security and smooth operation of the hotelAssisting guests with check-ins, check-outs and overnight enquiriesManaging overnight incidents and operational issues professionallyCompleting handovers and communicating key information to the day teamEnsuring all systems, reports and procedures are completed accuratelyMaintaining high standards of guest service throughout the nightSupporting breakfast service at weekends when requiredAbout You
We're looking for someone who is organised, dependable and comfortable working independently.
Previous hotel or hospitality experience would be beneficial but is not essential. More importantly, you'll have a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
