Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including craft cocktails, coffee, soft drinks, and spirits, with precision and creativityMaintain comprehensive knowledge of all products, ingredients, and bar systems to ensure consistent quality and efficiencyDeliver exceptional guest service by engaging with customers in a friendly, professional manner and anticipating their needsOrganize and maintain the bar station, ensuring cleanliness, proper inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standardsCollaborate seamlessly with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations during all service periodsHandle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately and responsiblyStay current with industry trends and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the bar program and guest experienceWork flexibly across varying shifts to support team goals and operational demands Proven bartending experience with demonstrated expertise in cocktail preparation and coffee makingStrong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with guests and create a welcoming atmosphereSolid understanding of beverage preparation techniques, flavor profiles, and mixology principlesProficiency with bar systems, POS technology, and cash handling proceduresExcellent organizational and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detailPhysical stamina and ability to work comfortably in a standing position for extended periodsDemonstrated commitment to hospitality with a genuine passion for creating positive guest experiencesTeam-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach and willingness to support colleaguesFlexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and professional demeanorPreferred: Mixology certification or advanced bartending trainingPreferred: Food safety and hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain)
