Banquets Captain
Your ability to work as a team player combined with your service skills and your engaging personality will ensure that our Guests have a memorable experience during their function.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Starting rate of pay: $20.55 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $27.25
Job Duties Include:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceProvides excellent guest service in both F&B functions and meeting eventsSets up and tears down F&B functions as well as meeting eventsHelps maintain a clean and organized workplaceAssists the Banquet Manager with preparing for and executing functionsLeads a team of Servers for assigned functionsCoordinates, organizes and helps to give proper assistance to serversMaximizes productivity and efficiency of service staffEnsures that all aspects of the dining room/banquet facilities are readyAssigns tasks and performs opening and closing dutiesUpholds the highest standard of internal and external customer service at all times Previous customer related supervisory experience preferredFood Safe Certification is requiredServing It Right Qualification RequiredJob Perks & Benefits:
