Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceAssist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful wayHave full knowledge of all beverage listsDeliver food and beverage in a timely and accurate mannerCheck outgoing orders for quality and accuracy of set upHave full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageFollow daily assigned employee shift side work.Double check all VIP orders with your manager on dutyImmediately communicate all special guest needs to your Manger on duty.Paces all In Room Dining order distribution and deliveries to our standardsCompile trip report logs.Assist with amenity delivery.Assist coordinating removal of IRD equipment from guest rooms and public areas and sorting out all retrieved condiments and equipment’s and stored accordingly.Assist Inspecting hotel hallways/landings for Room Service equipment.Maintain departmental requisitioned supplies properly stored and organized.Other duties as assigned To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Previous Food and Beverage experience in a fast paced, luxury hospitality setting required Compensation: $14.53/hour
