You will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, delivering warm, professional service and ensuring a seamless stay. This is a hands‑on, guest‑focused role suited to someone who enjoys variety and a fast‑paced hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests, check‑in and check‑out using Opera PMSHandle guest enquiries, requests and complaints efficientlyAssist with group arrivals and departuresOperate phones, process payments and balance transactionsPromote Accor loyalty programs and hotel servicesSupport luggage handling, wake‑up calls and guest assistanceWork collaboratively with hotel and precinct teams What we’re looking for
Previous customer service or hotel experience is preferredStrong knowledge of OPERA is advantageousStrong communication and customer service skillsA genuine passion for guest service and hospitalityAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressureFlexible availability, including nights, weekends and public holidaysHave full working rights in AustraliaCurrent and valid Australian driver’s licence.Experience in Front Office, Reception, Concierge or Valet is desirable.
