About the role
As part of our Front Office team, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests. You will help ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and a positive experience from arrival through to departure.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and checking in guestsManaging guest enquiries and requestsProcessing check-ins and check-outsTaking reservations and assisting with guest bookingsHandling payments and providing accurate informationAssisting guests with information about the resort and local Taupō attractionsResponding to guest concerns and helping resolve issues professionallyWorking closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departmentsMaintaining a high standard of customer service at all times About you
We are looking for someone who is:
Friendly, approachable and professionalConfident communicating with guests and team membersWell organised with good attention to detailComfortable working in a busy environmentReliable and flexible with their availabilityAble to work shifts, including weekends and public holidaysPrevious hotel or reception experience is preferred, but training can be providedIf you enjoy meeting people, creating memorable guest experiences and being part of a busy hospitality team, we would love to hear from you!
