Provide personalized butler services to guests, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and discretion throughout their stayManage suite operations, including room maintenance, housekeeping coordination, and amenity replenishment to the highest standardsRespond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and special requirements with efficiency and graceCoordinate seamlessly with hotel departments including housekeeping, concierge, dining, and maintenance to deliver exceptional serviceMaintain meticulous attention to detail in all guest interactions and room presentationsUphold strict confidentiality and professionalism regarding guest information and preferencesAssist with special arrangements, including dining reservations, transportation, and customized experiencesDemonstrate extensive knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experienceMaintain impeccable personal appearance and professional demeanor at all timesContribute to a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement within the team Minimum 3 years of experience as a butler, senior room attendant, or in a comparable luxury hospitality service roleExceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clienteleStrong organizational and time management abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyComprehensive knowledge of luxury service standards, protocols, and best practicesProven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composureDemonstrated discretion, professionalism, and commitment to guest confidentialityFluency in English; additional language proficiency is highly desirableProficiency in hotel management systems and technology platformsExperience in fine dining service, beverage knowledge, and table etiquetteCertification or formal training in hospitality service or butler services (preferred)Experience working in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end hospitality establishments (preferred)Multilingual capabilities in European or Asian languages (preferred)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns with grace and professionalism
