Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceBook and enter room reservation requests using the Property Management SystemEnter rooming lists and assist with Passkey while ensuring accuracy, as requiredUpdate reservations ensuring a flawless check in and check out processLiaise with Sales, Catering, Conference Services and other departments as requiredAttend pre-planning (as needed) and pre-cons prior to groups arrivalAnswer telephone and email inquiries in a timely mannerAssist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety policies Other duties as assigned Previous customer related experience an assetMust possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal communication skillsComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications requiredStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Your team and working environment:
